The high pressure clamping set is made of robust GGG 60. Hardened and ground locating surfaces ensure precision and minimize wear and tear. With its high pressure spindle, Allmatic guarantees chip protection and minimal cleaning effort. The Titan TC allows for vertical as well as horizontal use. Thanks to guide grooves in the bottom surface it is easy to adjust the clamping set precisely on the machine table.

The clamping system comes with a kit of different gripper inserts which leave nothing to be desired and offer the user unlimited clamping capability. Unmachined parts-from  flame-cut and sawn material to complex multidimensional castings-can be clamped safely and in a form fitting way using support jaws made of tempered steel.
