Seco Tools is relocating its U.S. distribution center from Troy, Michigan to Hebron, Kentucky, a move that will streamline shipping operations and better serve customers. Seco has discontinued customer order pickups in Troy, and shipment of the company’s metalcutting solutions will commence from the new location on July 8. The new address is 2300 Global Way, Hebron, Ky. 41048. With the relocation, no changes will be made to the customer order entry process, the functionality of web applications or the company’s carbide recycling program. Furthermore, customers in Canada and Mexico can expect the same shipment timing of their orders. “We expect the relocation to be as seamless as possible with minimal, if any, impact on customer orders,” said Kurt Nordlund, president of Seco Tools in North America. “If an issue should arise, however, we will address it immediately, as customer satisfaction is our top priority.”
