AFC-Holcroft has named sales representative company Southern Thermal Systems to a territory covering Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Kansas. Southern Thermal Systems was started in 1995 as a manufacturer's sales representative agency, dedicated to the thermal processing industry for 20 years.

Southern Thermal Systems is owned by Marty Benegalia, who earned an Associate's Degree in Pre-Engineering studies and also attended Texas A & M University where he studied Mechanical Engineering. Marty has many years of technical experience in the petrochemical and oilfield equipment industries, where he was responsible for working with materials of construction specifications and performing metallurgical testing and failure analysis duties. The metallurgical and heat treating experiences eventually led to a sales career in the laboratory equipment and supply industry and then into the heat treating industry.
