Solar Manufacturing has announced the appointment of John Oakes as their new sales representative for the Northeast U.S. region. Mr. Oakes will focus on vacuum furnace sales in Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont. Mr. Oakes recently became the owner of the Edward A. Boll Company, Inc.

Pete Reh, Vice President of Sales for Solar Manufacturing, is pleased to have John as part of the sales team. "We have known John for some time and I have always felt he would be a valuable addition to our sales team.
