MC Machinery is offering virtual product demos (VPD) in laser, EDM, milling, press brake and automation as part of its continued efforts to educate and help customers while adhering to public health recommendations.
The company’s demos have been popular since launching in April. Businesses can interact with MC Machinery product experts via video live-streamed from the company’s Chicago-area showroom.
“We are going through a period of unprecedented disruption,” said MC Machinery Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Bill Isaac. “Our top priority is to continue to serve, interact with and educate businesses while keeping everyone safe.”
During the demos, product specialists can discuss and collaborate on manufacturing challenges and solutions, demonstrate equipment, and answer specific questions.
“We have the high-definition video technology in place to show our machining and fabrication capabilities, such as accuracy and part quality, in the demos,” Isaac said.
MC Machinery also is offering online training in wire EDM operation and programming. Service specialists are still available to visit customers on site, with about 100 service people out in the field daily while adhering to public health protocols.
