Machine Tool Builders Inc. has today announced that, effective immediately, its president and co-founder Ken Flowers has assumed the sole ownership of the company, and that former business partner Ron Peiffer will be moving on to new opportunities. 

MTB’s customers can expect this transition to be both seamless and increasingly beneficial downstream, according to Mr. Flowers, as the company continues to add to its lines of new gear machines and expand the machine tool rebuild and re-control services the company is renowned for.
