This blog completes our second year of blogs for the Gear Technology website. It has occasionally been a challenge to come up with something to say twice a week but most of the time the people and places visited in the course of my consulting work have churned up a thought or story. The biggest disappointment has been the inability of the comments feature to effectively allow communication between writer and reader. The Internet unfortunately attracts many people with alternate agendas who want to use our website as a way to collect e-mail addresses for nefarious purposes. Your comments, opinions, and suggestions are important to us and we encourage you to contact us via e-mail.
