AFC-Holcroft LLC of Wixom, MI, and Shanghai Powermax Furnace Corp. of Shanghai, China, have signed a cooperative agreement. Both companies will market, manufacture and service heat treat equipment by using AFC-Holcroft technology. According to the company?s press release, this agreement will allow AFC-Holcroft to address the Chinese market by utilizing Shanghai Powermax Furnace Corp.?s extensive manufacturing area, furnace engineers and technicians.
