Boswell Acquires Majority Interest in SECO/Warwick

Jeffrey W. Boswell has acquired the majority interest in SECO/Warwick and has been named president and CEO.
SECO/Warwick Ltd. Poland will remain a minority shareholder in the company and will be headed by President Andrzej Zawistowski. Past president and CEO Paul Huber will remain active with the company.
Boswell was previously vice president of corporate global sales and marketing for the company. He is a member of SECO/Warwck Corp. Board of Directors as well as the Board of Directors of SECO/Warwick Group Poland, which consists of SECO/Warwick Ltd. and ELTERMA furnace companies.
According to the companys press release, Boswell joined Sunbeam Equipment Co. in 1978 as a project engineer. Since that time, he has held a number of technical and marketing positions in the heat treat industry.
