Romax Technology Ltd. opened new facilities in Germany and India to extend its reach in supplying software tools and services for transmissions engineering. The new German office will function as the European sales headquarters. Andreas Renner, former director of central European sales and marketing at MSC Software, will manage the operation. Romax’s Indian facility will be located in Pune and the business head will be Kayzad Kasad. According to the press release, this new office will likely be developed as an engineering center that also supports sales. Romax Technology offers software and consulting for the global transmission industry. The company is headquartered in the U.K. with offices in Japan, Australia, Germany, Korea and India and is represented in North America, China and France. The company’s CEO and founder, Dr. S.Y. Poon says,"The Romax capability is in such demand worldwide and our new locations in Germany and India give us the opportunity to increase our market presence in both regions while servicing our existing customers better."
