Kapp Technologies hired Bill Miller as vice president of sales for North American operations, effective September 1. Miller has been in the gear industry since 1981, when he started in service, training, applications engineering and sales of Kapp products at American Pfauter. From 1995?1999, he was manager of North American sales for M&M Precision Systems. In 1999, Miller formed GearHelp LLC to service gear training needs and sell Konig, Dr. Kaiser, Dragon and GearOffice products.
