Ivan Brems has been named CEO of Hansen Transmissions International NV. Since joining the Belgium-based company in 1993, Brems has held management positions in international marketing, sales and business development. He succeeds Matts Lundgren, who was recently appointed executive chairman of the Hansen board of directors. Hansen Transmissions was acquired in April by Suzlon Energy, Ltd., a major developer of wind turbines in Asia.
