Supertec Machinery will exhibit seven new grinding machine models/types at this year's IMTS. They will be located in the Grinding Pavilion in the North Hall in Booth 6945. Machines to be exhibited at the show include: G25P-50CNC cylindrical grinder with conversational language control; G25A-35CNC anglehead cylindrical grinder; Grindmaster GM-45CNC ID/OD grinder; PG-400 CNC gear profile grinding machine; Master-818CNC surface grinder; G15I-CNC ID grinder; STC-2008NC single axis automatic centerless grinder; and an operational scale model of a 2 axis CNC vertical surface grinder.
The G25P-50CNC universal cylindrical grinder now offers a conversational control with a simple Shop Floor Language that is easy to learn and easy to run. G25A-35CNC anglehead cylindrical grinder offers a small footprint without sacrificing the machines travel of 10" x 14". The Grindmaster GM-45CNC delivers versatility to the operator with 2 X axis slideways that can be set-up in a variety of configurations such as 1 OD and 1 ID wheel or two ID wheels, one for roughing and one for finish grinding. The PG-400CNC gear profile grind marks Supertec USA's first foray into the gear grinding market while the new Master-818CNC surface grinder offers the customer an inexpensive entry level CNC surface grinder in both 2 axis (slicing) and 3 axis (contour) grinding capability. The Master series comes in three different machine sizes, 8" x 18", 12" x 24", and 16" x 32".
