Customers from a variety of industries have had the opportunity to discuss with Ipsen what matters most to them when it comes to heat treating. This input drives Ipsen’s passion, allowing them to provide customer-based solutions to a broad range of industries. Ipsen has continued its impressive shipment numbers in February 2013, shipping furnaces to customers across a wide array of industries including Medical, Energy, Commercial Heat Treatment, Aerospace and Tool & Die. Through gathering feedback from such industries and collaborating with customers, Ipsen continues to provide new products and technologies. In one example, several customers wanted a way to stay ahead of stringent processing requirements, levied upon them by Nadcap, AMS2750E and others, necessitating more precise temperature control with the ability to access their temperature range in more segmented increments. Through discussion and research stemming from the unique furnace usage of these customers, Ipsen provided the DigiTrim software as a solution. Software development incorporates a good deal of cross-industry collaboration as Ipsen expands and refines the most necessary tools for any and all customers to perform their processes at peak capacity and efficiency.
