An experienced and results driven executive officer with a unique and proven track record in the technical, commercial, and operational environments, please welcome Kimberly to MTB. Kimberly’s depth of expertise encompasses mechanical design, and the development of new technologies, sales and marketing with over $120,000,000 in career sales, strategic product launch into the U.S. market including a $1.1 billion per year in Chinese companies new product line, full P&L responsibility, and operational savvy resulting in a $4,000,000 profit increase for the early delivery and successful launch of a major block line program covering three different automotive plants.  

With an excellent skill set at fostering a positive teamwork environment and driving change initiatives across an entire organization to improve profitability, Kimberly is an extraordinary asset to MTB’s growing company.
