Houghton International, Inc., a develper and producer of specialty chemicals, oils and lubricants for the steel, metalworking, automotive, aerospace, bearing, offshore and aluminum industries, has completed its acquisition of Envirotek Management Services, Inc. in the United States.

Envirotek is a provider of chemical management services including fluid management, recycling, and lubrication and filtration services to the automotive and other industries.

This acquisition marks Houghton’s latest strategic investment in chemical management services.
