AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V. has announced that ALD Vacuum Technologies has acquired the remaining 50 percent share of their joint venture company, ALD-Holcroft Co. Inc. from AFC-Holcroft LLC.

ALD-Holcroft, formed in 2005, acts as the exclusive sales agent for ALD's heat treatment product lines in the NAFTA region. The acquisition will enable AMG to streamline its heat treatment and metallurgy furnace marketing operations in America, Canada and Mexico.
