Violi Srl briquetting machines are in operation around the world. Recently Violi Srl introduced further innovations for their VM series of hydraulic metal chip briquetting machines.

The equipment compacts metal chips coming from machining operations, reducing the volume of metal chips and "squeezing" oils coming from previous processes. The machine is composed of a loading hopper for material loading, a shredder for reducing the length of the chips, a double piston, a tank for collecting the oils and a drain pump.

Subject to production and material demands, there are different customized solutions for both working cycle automation and material loading. Semi-automatic and automatic systems can be supplied. Operator friendly designs are easy to use, versatile and require minimal space.
