Machine Tool Builders has recently introduced the new Hamai machine to the North American market. Hamai offers three different finer pitch horizontally configured hobbing machines the N40 50 mm Face Length x 40 mm OD, the N60 150 mm Face Length and 80 mm OD and the N80 with 220 mm Face Length and 120 mm OD. In addition they also manufacture a hob sharpening machine and a duplex milling machine. These high precision hobbers can be configured for manual or automatic loading and come fitted with the latest Fanuc CNC's and drive technologies. All machines are fully conversational based for ease of programming.
