Daniel Gynther is a senior metallurgical development engineer at TimkenSteel Corporation. Since joining the company in 2010, his primary responsibilities have included performing failure analysis investigations and providing metallurgical support for product and process development efforts. Prior to joining TimkenSteel, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in materials science & engineering from the University of Connecticut.
