Rotary Saw Cutting (RSC) is a cuting method which replaces single point cutoff (or grooving and forming) in all turning applications. RSC can be used on all materials including steel (12L14 to bearing and aeronautic steels), aluminum, brass, plastic, and rubber. Irregular shapes (hex, square, pinion, etc.) and thin-walled tubing are also easily cut. Due to the full spectrum of parts that can be cut with RSC, many high volume industries are affected by its use--aerospace, hardware, computer, plumbing, automotive, toy, etc.
