The AFC-Holcroft/ ThermAlliance Aluminum Brazing Invitational Seminar returns in this 14th installment. As in the past, the seminar will focus on controlled atmosphere brazing of aluminum heat exchangers with non-corrosive flux.
Previous seminars have had up to 185 attendees from 55 locations in 10 countries. Prior attendees have been process and product engineers, production and maintenance personnel, operations managers and corporate staff.
Day 1 will be educational, and will teach the fundamentals of each step of controlled atmosphere brazing of aluminum heat exchangers with non-corrosive flux, as well as the basics of aluminum alloy metallurgy and corrosion resistance. Day 1 is ideal for those who need to be trained on controlled atmosphere aluminum brazing or need a refresher course. The course is also useful for staff that wishes to broaden its knowledge of other aspects of process, equipment or materials.
Day 2 and 3 will feature invited speakers that will review state-of-the-art technology in their specialized fields on materials, processes and equipment.
