KISSsoft Releases Sabic Data

In the current KISSsoft Release 03/2011, two additional new data sets for plastic materials from Sabic are available: VERTON RVL36 now with root strength data and LUBRICOMP ECL36 with static and wear data. So far, in line with the cooperation between Sabic and KISSsoft, for the gear calculation, material properties of 18 SABIC plastics were determined. The selection includes materials with and without carbon fibers, fiberglass, PTFE and varieties with embedded lubricant.
