United Gear Opens Office In Shanghai

United Gear & Assembly has opened an office in Shanghai, China. According to the company’s press release, UGA along with parent company United Stars Inc. will utilize the office for its emerging country sourcing efforts in stainless steel tubing, copper extensions and metal fabrications. The company plans to market businesses requiring specialized expertise for gears and shafts in agricultural, transportation and manufacturing.
