Gleason Carbide Dry Hobbing

The 100HiC features an integrated chamfering/deburring unit to eliminate burrs on tooth flanks. The machine handles any geared profile which can be hobbed, up to a diameter of 100 mm (120 mm on request) and module 3 mm (optionally module 4 mm).
