George Stefan Appointed as Ikona COO

George Stefan was hired as COO at Ikona Gear International. He will report directly to President and CEO Laith Nosh. "We are pleased to announce the promotion of George Stefan to the newly-created position of COO," says Laith Nosh. "Ikona has grown rapidly over the past year and we are now at the stage where my role as CEO will take an external focus--building a strong corporate brand, increasing awareness among the financial community,and forging long-term, strategic partnerships." Stefan was previously director of manufacturing for Ikona and in charge of spearheading the company’s efforts for ISO 9000 certification, managing external client projects and leading internal design and development teams. Stefan lead Ikona’s prototype satellite project.
