Kapp Reorganizes Itself Into Three New Market Divisions
The Kapp Group recently reorganized itself with the brands Kapp and Niles.
“In order to focus even more on improving our customer service, we have set up the market divisions: Automotive, Industry and Service & Tools. Our priority is to continue developing our position on the market for engineering and customer-oriented solutions,” said Martin Kapp, executive partner. “Competitive edge means for us to fulfil the increasingly sophisticated customer requirements in the shortest time. That requires a very close cooperation of sales and engineering on each individual customer project.”
Automotive Division
This division is led by Friedrich Wölfel, who was previously responsible for engineering and product management. This division pools all the specific competences executing machine projects for car and commercial vehicle manufacturers or their suppliers more quickly and with even greater customer focus.
Industry Division
This division is led by Hans-Ullrich Jäckel, who was previously responsible for sales at Kapp. This division focuses on the particularly heterogeneous demands of a diversity of sectors such as aviation, industrial gearboxes, compressor/pump construction or railway engineering.
Service & Tools Division
This division is led by Andreas Paatz, who was previously responsible for the sales at Niles in China. The range of services provided by this new division stretches from local on-site maintenance to supplying spare parts and tools to relocating, upgrading and retrofitting of our machine tools.
