New Director of Manufacturing at Ikona Gear

George Stefan was hired by Ikona Gear as director of manufacturing, a newly created position. According to the company’s press releaes, Stefan has worked in the industry for more than 15 years in various positions. Most recently, he worked as senior program manager, project engineer and operations management with Pacific Rim Engineered Products. Among his new responsibilities will be leading the company’s foray into gear systems technology, spearheading the company’s ISO 9000 certification efforts, managing external client projects and leading internal design and development teams on specific projects and prototypes. 敵eorge brings to our organization a unique combination of management expertise and business savvy coupled with a wide breadth of product development and manufacturing experience.
