Ondrives’ New Gearbox Emphasizes Torque and Speed

A new line of DC motorized worm and wheel reduction gearboxes from Ondrives is fitted with 24V DC motors that operate at 12V DC. According to the company’s press release, the gearboxes are offered with variations including encoders and brakes fitted to the motors. They are available in ratios from 10:1 to 120:1. Gearboxes and motors are available as separate components and are suited for applications involving medical, pharmaceutical, scanning machines and general OEM work.
