Rossi Motoriduttori and Habasit Form Partnership

Rossi Motoriduttori, a manufacturer of geared motors and gear drives located in Modena, Italy, has formed a cooperative partnership with Habasit, a Reinach, Switzerland-based belting company. According to the company’s press release, the board of directors will include various members of the Greco, Habegger and Volpi families. David de Palma will serve as plant manager in the North American facility in West Chicago.
