Experience Klingelnberg's Innovative Measurement Technology Live

From 06 to 09 May, 2025, the 37th Control in Stuttgart, Germany, will open its doors and offer trade visitors a comprehensive overview of the latest technologies, processes, products and system solutions in the field of industrial quality assurance. Showcasing the global range of useful technologies in both theory and practice, the show is a must-attend event for industry professionals and enthusiasts. Klingelnberg will be taking part again this year and is pleased to present the Klingelnberg Precision Measuring Centers P 26, P 40 and P 152, among others. The company will also be exhibiting the Höfler Cylindrical Gear Roll Testing Machine R 300. Our team of experts invites you to visit the company at booth 7310 in hall 7 and see the latest developments in measurement technology for yourself.

The precision requirements for components and assemblies are constantly increasing. To meet these demands, as many measurement tasks as possible should be combined into a single sequence – ideally directly on the shop floor rather than in the measuring room. The Klingelnberg Precision Measuring Centers do just that. They integrate all coordinate and gear measurement tasks, as well as geometric and roughness measurement tasks, on one machine, which can be set up directly in the production environment. By combining measurement tasks traditionally performed on up to six different devices, it is possible not only to lower investment costs, but also to decrease setup times and reduce quality costs.

“A special highlight at this year’s Control is the option of using our hybrid measurement technology not only for optical pitch measurement, but also for fast and efficient topographical measurement of waviness on tooth flanks and tooth profiles,” reports Holger Haybach, head of Application Engineering and Product Management for the Precision Measuring Centers product line. “This is made possible by the use of optical sensors specially developed and optimized for gear measurement, which continuously record the measured values in a helical motion and thus significantly reduce the measurement time,” says Haybach.
Quick changeover between the tactile 3D NANOSCAN stylus system and the HISPEED OPTOSCAN optical sensor continues to guarantee economical applications and supports flexible, fast and precise data acquisition with the usual quality.

Hall 7, Booth 7310 Experience expertise and technical know-how Additionally, Klingelnberg will present its comprehensive services and innovative software solutions. As in previous years, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Günther Gravel, managing partner of pt&v GmbH, will be present at the Klingelnberg booth. An expert in measurement analysis, he will be available for in-depth discussions and professional interaction during the two days of the trade show.
